LowVolt Command may be used for legitimate contractor design, estimating, sales, project, training and installation-management activity within the subscriber’s authorized company workspace.
Lawful and authorized use
Users must comply with applicable law, company policy, licenses and customer permissions. Users may access only the companies, records, secure links, integrations and functions they are authorized to use.
Prohibited security activity
Users may not bypass access controls or entitlements, test another tenant without written authorization, distribute malware, harvest credentials, overload the service, interfere with monitoring, conceal abusive activity or attempt to derive protected secrets.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users may not impersonate another person or company, create deceptive proposals, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, facilitate harm, or store content they have no right to use.
Customer links and providers
Secure proposal and plan links must be shared only with intended recipients. Payment, mail, maps and other provider connections must use subscriber-owned or expressly authorized credentials and must follow the provider’s terms.
Enforcement
LowVolt Command may limit, suspend or investigate activity that threatens a user, another company, a provider or the platform. Where appropriate, the subscriber will receive notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Serious abuse, fraud or legal risk may require immediate restriction and evidence preservation.
