LowVolt Command launches with one-time access payments rather than automatically renewing subscriptions. The rules below describe the intended entitlement treatment while preserving any mandatory regional rights.
No automatic renewal
Quarterly and annual access ends at the recorded expiry unless the subscriber makes another verified one-time payment. Not purchasing another term prevents future access charges; it does not reverse a completed order or erase the workspace.
Refund requests
Refund requests must identify the order and authorized company owner through the secure Contact workflow. Requests are evaluated against material use, delivered setup or training, implementation work, payment status, the applicable order terms and rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Entitlement effect
When a full refund is approved before material use, paid access is suspended while necessary order, entitlement and audit records are preserved. Partial refunds require operator review because seats, training, migration, setup or other services may already have been delivered.
Chargebacks and fraud review
A chargeback, payment reversal or credible fraud signal may suspend access and open an operator review. A pending investigation does not authorize deletion or alteration of order and audit evidence.
Expiry and data
After paid expiry, the workspace enters seven days of read-only grace and then remains locked pending renewal. Cancellation or non-renewal does not automatically destroy company data. Retention and verified data requests follow the published Privacy notice and applicable obligations.
Private Managed work
Private Managed discovery, setup, migration, integration, training and environment charges follow the approved order form because the work and operational commitments are customer-specific.
Questions or verified policy requests can be submitted through the secure Contact page. Applicable mandatory regional rights remain in effect.
