LOWVOLTCOMMAND

LowVolt Command

Terms

These terms describe access to LowVolt Command software and related managed services. Order-specific plan, region, term and implementation details shown at checkout or in an approved order form are part of the agreement.

Service roles

LowVolt Command provides contractor software. Subscriber contractors remain responsible for the installation services, customer commitments, prices, taxes, permits, licenses, warranties and payment destinations they present to their customers.

Accounts and company workspaces

The subscriber must provide accurate company and owner information, protect account access, assign appropriate employee roles and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. A friendly company URL is not authorization; access is controlled by the signed-in user, workspace, role and entitlement.

Access terms and manual renewal

Complete Solo, Complete Team and Managed Company access may be purchased as one prepaid quarter or one prepaid year. Private Managed is annual and subject to an approved implementation scope. Access does not renew automatically. A new verified payment is required to renew. A renewal extends from the later of the current expiry or verified payment date.

Trials

An eligible verified business may receive one seven-day trial workspace, up to three users and up to five active projects. Trial screens, shared proposals and exports are watermarked. Customer payment collection is unavailable during trial. Additional eligibility, misuse prevention and expiry rules appear in the Trial Terms.

Subscriber customer payments

A LowVolt membership purchase does not connect the subscriber’s merchant account. When configured, an accepted proposal may hand the subscriber’s customer to the subscriber’s own supported payment destination. The subscriber is responsible for that merchant relationship, customer charge and refund obligations.

Expiry, suspension and retained data

Expired paid access enters a seven-day read-only grace period and then becomes locked pending renewal. Trial data is retained read-only for 30 days after trial expiry. Refund, chargeback, fraud, security or acceptable-use events may suspend access for review without erasing required records or audit history.

Acceptable use and platform integrity

Use must comply with the Acceptable Use policy. Users may not bypass entitlements, probe another company workspace, misuse secure customer links, interfere with the service or use the platform for unlawful or deceptive activity.

Changes, support and mandatory rights

Plan features, supported integrations and operational procedures may change through supported releases. Material order terms remain those recorded with the order and entitlement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

Questions or verified policy requests can be submitted through the secure Contact page. Applicable mandatory regional rights remain in effect.
