This notice explains the principal information handled by the LowVolt Command storefront and company platform. The exact providers and regional disclosures must match the services enabled for the production environment.
Information provided by users
Account, company, owner, employee, contact, region, tax and invoice information may be collected during trial, checkout, onboarding and support. Company workspaces can contain customers, leads, plans, proposals, catalogs, files, activities, schedules and audit records entered by authorized users.
Order and payment information
WooCommerce stores order, product, region, term, amount, tax, status and entitlement references. A configured payment gateway processes the payment transaction under its own notice. LowVolt Command uses verified order status and transaction references to provision, renew, suspend or reconcile access.
Technical and security information
The service may process device, browser, IP, session, sign-in, request, error, security, consent and audit information needed to operate the sites, prevent abuse, troubleshoot and protect company boundaries.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, create and isolate workspaces, process orders, deliver requested communications, support users, maintain records, improve reliability and meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention and accounting obligations.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared with configured hosting, infrastructure, payment, mail, support, monitoring, backup and professional-service providers only for their assigned purpose. Information may also be preserved or disclosed when required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a lawful business transaction.
Retention
Trial work is retained read-only for 30 days after trial expiry under the current product policy. Paid workspaces enter read-only grace and then remain locked rather than being automatically destroyed. Order, tax, security and audit records may be retained for applicable operational or legal requirements. Approved deletion requests are evaluated against those obligations.
Choices and regional rights
Users can update appropriate company information through their account and can submit a privacy or data request through the secure Contact page. Identity, authority and company scope must be verified before account or workspace information is disclosed, corrected, exported or deleted. Applicable regional rights are not waived by this notice.
Security and policy changes
LowVolt Command uses workspace scoping, role checks, secure links and operational safeguards appropriate to the configured service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Material notice changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when required, an additional notice or consent step.
Questions or verified policy requests can be submitted through the secure Contact page. Applicable mandatory regional rights remain in effect.
